Hi guys,

The fitbit app tracks my sleep and shows me the sleep cycles but not the SCORE. I checked the settings and the ‘receive sleep score’ setting is ON. Can anyone help?

Well...  I think I was too excited... 😢 it only works once and doesn't work again this morning.   I really hope the developers can share with us what did they do to make difference.   On other hands, I switch my device from right wrist to left to see any difference.  I will keep eyes on longer...

Hello everyone. I've had my Inspire HR for about 3 weeks and mine stop showing my sleep score also after about a week. I reset my app several times and it still didn't work. I'm not sure if anyone is still having this problem but I decided to do a force stop from the installed apps for Fitbit and the sleep scores have returned. I'm not sure how long it will last but its a start. Not sure if it will work for everyone but I was having the same problem. Crossing my fingers that its a fix.

Hi @AlejandraFitbit my sleep score log started working after I did the force stop in apps under fitbit. So far its been working since the 24th of February and is still showing my sleep log. I'm sure it may not work for everyone but it doesn't hurt to try. Thank you! Happy Sunday:sun_with_face:

So I wasn’t getting my sleeping heart rate graph in the Fitbit app and I followed instructions to update app. That worked now I am not getting a sleep score but I can see sleep stages. I’m paying for premium but not getting the sleep break down either now. This is very upsetting. So you know this charge 4 has been working fine for almost a year now what the heck. I’ve tried every fix I can find. HELP

Hello,

@AlejandraFitbit

Could you post the fix you recommended to try? I cannot find the place on my iPhone to force stop. Also, do you start it again?

I have not had luck with customer service so I'm replying here. Looking forward to your response.  I updated my app to current version. I also restarted my fitbit.

Do you think that they have done this already.? I haven't seen a sleescore for about a week having seen it for a year beforehand. I even switched devices and still had the problem. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, set sleep manually and reset device and updated app. Still diesn't work!!!

I already gave up.   On other hands, my Alt is just dead because of battery that I have about 4 years.. 😞

Hey all,

FIXED

I had the same, I pressed the "go to sleep now" button, worked 2 night and then only partial data. Steps;

1.  Remember ur sleeping Time.

2. Delete log

3. Add  logg with same times

The app wil start calculate the sleep in that time span. And you wil get ur sleep score back.

I start recording sleep when I’m in bed, the next morning I stop the recording.  I receive basic sleep stats, no sleep score

It is now part of the Premium service which I believe you have to pay for. I don't have Premium so it stopped providing me the sleep score.
