What is the arrow (or 3 arrows) icon for? When I tap it nothing happens! It's between the steps icon and exercise(?) Icon which I also cannot open by double tapping. How DO I get these various icons to open?

3 up arrows is Zone Minutes.

I don' get where you are talking about.  Phone app or on wrist?  And exactly where?

The 3 arrows icon, ON the wrist device, is right after the steps icon when you scroll up on the wrist device (Inspire 2)

showing you have 24 Zone Minutes of 32 minute goal.  I don't remember if it opens to anything else, but I suggest trying to swipe sideways instead of double-tapping.

Tap the Zone Minutes circle near top of phone app; that will show your  limits for the heart rate zones.  Your get 1 zone minutes for each minute in fat burn zone, 2 zone minutes for each minute in cardio or peak zone.

See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

The only circle at the top of the app is the setting icon. Not seeing
anything there on the zones.
