My clock is an hour ahead how do you change the time on inspireHR.

Hi @SunsetRunner and welcome to the forums. Normally, your Inspire HR would pick up the right time from your phone when you sync it. So the question is - does your phone show the correct time? If yes, then You will need to check the time zone in your settings. Instructions are here.

In case the issue persists, please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, sync your Fitbit device and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi, I am having the same issue, my fit bit has been dead for a week as I lost it and when I updated the time and connected to the time zone it’s showing an hour ahead on my fit bit device. The time on my phone is correct and is the same time zone as my fitbit but fitbit displayed +1 hour?

Try resetting the time zone on your phone, as the Fitbit should sync to your phone's time zone.
