I've given up on my 10-month-old Inspire HR. I hate it. This is my Third Fitbit (two One's which lasted less than 2 years each). Current heart rate hasn't shown on iOS app for at least six months. Even more importantly, sleep tracking rarely works. These are the two main reasons I bought it and neither works. I'm doubtful step tracking is accurate. Total waste of money. And I've spent over an hour trying to turn it off - shouldn't be that hard.
I'd like to say goodbye to Fitbit forever, but I still have an Aria scale.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
