Hello,
I've owned 4 or 5 Fitbit devices (Charge and Alta models) over the course of the past 5 years. My daughter recently received an Inspire as a Christmas present and was excited to use it. After I set it up using the app, she tried to put it on. She was frustrated and I tried to help her only to realize that I could barely push the tiny pin/button through the hole. Using this is a clip isn't an option for her.
Has this been addressed as a product defect and if not, what's the solution? It's almost unwearable as it stands. Please advise.
