The monitor suddenly fell off of one of the bracelet parts and a I had a small piece of plexiglass in my hand that just has broken off. I cannot tell if it has broken off the monitor or the bracelet. The monitor is still working, but of course I cannot wear it.
Can you tell me if I just need a new bracelet of do I have to change the whole device?
