The screen remains completely black, however, looking at the app on my Samsung Galaxy S9, I can see the data, steps, calories, heartbeat, etc. I purchased the HR in August 2019. I feel at $100, it should last longer. Plugging in and trying restart have not helped. The screen on the tracker is black so you can't see if anything is working. Thanks for any help☺️

I've had the same issue. Screen just goes completely black for a day or so then resumes working. Means you have to wear a watch too if you want to know the time. Not really acceptable quality.

This happened to me also. Black screen but data transmitting to app. My Inspire HR was a Christmas gift and this occurred on 1-19-2020. My blackout lasted about 9 hours and it came back. Has been working ok since

Same here. It started not coming on when I turn my wrist, then I could only get the screen on by pressing the button, this afternoon it wont come on at all. Only had this since Christmas!
