I just received an Inspire HR and turned it on and synced it to my smart phone. Everything is working great except that the time is an hour ahead of the actual time. the time on my smart phone is correct. I live in Arizona where there is no daylight savings time. Can this be causing the problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It does sound like it may be a timezone issue. You can check - and amend - your timezone setting in your profile at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
If you do change it then you'll need to sync to copy the change over to your fitbit.
