There is no inspire 2 group

I have an old Fitbit account. I got a new Inspire 2 for Christmas. I have updated my iPhone app with new password.

 

Nothing is working. No syncing. 

I want to talk with someone

Hi @Rexthedog9  there is - "Other Inspire Trackers" is the forum area and I've moved your post there. If your Inspire 2 is new, then you need customer service. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
