Yes - I did briefly have it for a few minutes yesterday then it went back to 0. It's annoying.

I was going to contribute something but then I see I already did weeks ago. So it's still going on!

Did you ever get a response? I tried the uninstall, reinstall and it's the same.
I raised a question and it's been locked so no one can answer to it either! I've been a FitBit customer for years and now I'm looking at other options as I am convinced this is a price gouge to get us to buy a new device when it's clearly working fine.
100% am not buying another FitBit after this, lost my trust. Shame as it was the best options for what I need, now I'd rather have slightly less accurate data and support a product that isn't actively treating their customers like **ahem**s.

I’ve been having the same issue since the previous update and still not working after the update today. I did notice that the Manage Notifications selection for Heart that should cover various heart rates goes to the Push notifications menu (with no info about anything heart related) so Fitbit may have crossed up their pages and info.
I hope they fix it soon as it is very frustrating.

Hi,
my issue looks exactly like yours as per the chart you attached. I was told that Fitbit is aware and is working on a fix. Given that i see complaints on heart rate glitches since September, I’m very disappointed in the lack of progress Fitbit has made on the fix. As Fitbit has some great features such as the built in food tracker with calories and macros not available in other fitness tracker it is such a shame having to possibly switch to other tracker. (It certainly won’t be Pixel smartwatch)

@RodrigoFitbit I'm tagging you in this to see if you can help please.
I'd asked about this separately and it was implied that the fault was down to my device being 'old'. However you can see here there are numerous users with a variety of devices and the error was only prompted by one of the many app updates that we have had. I feel that it's an app issue, not a device issue.
One user above reports that Fitbit has acknowledged the problem and is 'working on a fix' but as you can appreciate as users we've been told that a lot over the last year or so!!
Please could you confirm what the status of this issue is and when it is likely to be fixed? Thank you.

If you click the exercise days and see what activities it has logged for the day. Click the activity and you then get the time spent in different heart rate zones

This still doesn’t fix the zones not showing for the whole day, the zones only show for the amount of time there was exercise recorded. Day totals still not showing time spent in zones like it used to. They need to fix this.

@SarahJN thanks yes that part works but that isn't the issue. It's the heart zones for the day that show zeros, not the individual activities.

Agreed! I've been holding on in the hope they will - I like the different choices in terms of device and design and this has, historically, kept me buying FitBit over 'smart watches', but I don't understand how they can lose the ability to do the thing they have been doing FOR YEARS and not get it fixed???
Next purchase will not be FitBit and I am genuinely sad.

Can confirm this is still NOT working for me. I have heart rate in Peak on the grid and the bars below show 100% 'light'

I am doing the same for the exact same reason. Would you mind sharing which one you went with?
