The date and time displayed on your Inspire HR should be the same time and date of the mobile device you have your Inspire HR connected to through Bluetooth. Is the time and date correct on your phone? Look to make sure your Inspire HR is still connected to the Bluetooth. Try turning your Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth back on. Now open the Fitbit app and force sync your Fitbit by swiping the page downward.
If the time remains incorrect let’s check your settings. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap App Settings. Now tap time zone. Look here to make sure your time zone is correct. If it isn’t disable the set automatically then pick the correct time zone from the list. After your done make sure you sync your Inspire HR to accept any changes you might have made.
If your still having issues you can try to restart your Inspire HR to see if that helps. Here’s how it’s done. Plug your Inspire HR into its charger then press and hold the button or buttons on the Inspire HR until you see a smiley face icon then release the button.
