Time is incorrect on my Inspire HR

Time is incorrect by 10 mins. Reset doesn't correct time.

@Joanstick Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Inspire HR is not displaying the correct time, please restart it as described in this help article. After this, sync your device and see if it shows the correct time.
