In addition to the aggravations I am having with this product not syncing and dropping off Bluetooth on my iPhone (an approved device that has zero problem syncing Bluetooth to any other device), now the time on my Fitbit is running slow - right now it is 6 minutes slow, but this morning it was close to 20 MINUTES SLOW! While the fact that my stats aren’t consistently syncing is super annoying, but the fact this device that I am also using as a can’t even keep time correctly is extremely disappointing when I spent $100 bucks on this piece of junk. I’ve been a Fitbit girl for years, but it’s looking like I may have to switch to Garmin if they can’t/won’t do something to fix this product.
Is anyone else having this issue?
