Today’s update ruined the whole app!! Not working

I just updated my Fitbit app. NOW I CANT START IT AT ALL!!!! 

Have tried to restart my iPhone 3 times, I deleted the whole app and reloaded it. NOTHING HELPS! 😞

Only my old Alta is now running on the iPad but my Fitbit Inspire HR won’t even connect to it. It tries to connect all the time to the iPad app but cannot. 

The iPhone app I even cant open. 

Please help! 

Yes, I have restarted the Inspire hr also. It worked, until I made the update.

It is maddening!   Hopefully bugs will be worked out soon - app is unusable!

Have same issue immediately after updating the app on my iPhone 6s. Have restarted the phone numerous times and no luck. 

How do we contact them to let them know there is an issue with this latest update?

 

Is there a way to go back??

I did delete and reinstalled the app and it now seems to work for me

I don’t think we are the only ones...
I don’t know any other way to contact them except contact support (mail).
What I managed to do after writing was to delete
The app once more, THEN switch off my iPhone and wait a little and then restart.
After that I downloaded the app once more... Them it worked! This means until I switched off the app. Then it started to
Immediately crash again!
So I did the same procedure one more time and now I haven’t closes the app anymore so now it has been on maybe 15 minutes or so.
So I don’t know any more advice than:
1) complain to the support immediately!
(You can reach them by logging in to
The Fitbit site by a web browser, then choose your devise and write a complaint there)
2) or Roy manage to download the app AND restart it, don’t by any means close it by “swiping it away”! Doing so will cause it only to crash...

Hope this can be some help while we wait for a new update.
