Hi, @Myszon12 , you have the right app, but you are looking in the wrong place!
You are looking at "auto recognized exercises". These are exercises which, as the name suggests, the Fitbit can identify without your doing anything (as long as you have them turned on in the app and you do them for long enough). As you have noticed you cannot add to this list of exercises.
Your Fitbit cannot auto recognize yoga -- there is not enough forward motion or step like activity. That does not mean you cannot track yoga -- it just means that you must start and stop the activity using the button on your Inspire HR.
First you must add yoga to your Fitbit's exercise shortcuts. To do click on the Inspire HR icon on your app. On the next screen you will see "Exercise shortcuts". Choose that and you will see 6 pre-loaded exercises. In order to add yoga you must delete one of them (swipe left). Once you have deleted one exercise then you will see a + top right. Click on the plus and you will be able to add yoga. Be sure to sync. After you sync you will see yoga on your Fitbit itself (not just in app)
When you are ready to start your yoga session, swipe down, tap "exercise" wipe up until you come to yoga, tap to begin, and. tap again when you see "Let's go". When you are done a short press of the button pauses the exercise and another short press finishes it. Tap and you will see basic info about your activity on your wrist. Once you sync you will see full details on your app.
I hope this is clearer now!

Hi @Myszon12 Yes it is. The tracker cant auto recognise it, so you need to use an exercise shortcut to start and stop the activity. If Yoga is not on your Inspire HR already (swipe down on the clockface and select Exercise, then scroll through the shorcuts on your tracker), go to the app on your phone and select your tracker (little tracker icon in the top right corner). And scroll down to Exercise Shortcuts and add select the plus sign and add Yoga. Ifbthere is no plus sign showing you eill need to delete one of the shortcuts already on the tracker - it can only have 6.
Please come back if you have problems.

Hi, @Myszon12 , you can have a maximum of 6 exercise shortcuts on your app for your Inspire HR.
Once you have removed an unwanted shortcut (so that there are at most 5) you will see a + sign on the top right hand side of the exercise shortcut page. Click on the plus sign and you will see a list of possible "shortcuts" . Scroll down until you see yoga and click on that. Once you have selected yoga be sure to choose "Add to Inspire HR" (bottom right).
That will, however, only add it to your app until you sync your Inspire HR. Once synced, yoga should be there.
If you are seeing different activities on your Inspire HR than what you see in your app, that suggests that your Fitbit has not yet synced. In that case, try forcing a sync again.
If you are having trouble syncing, please post again, or have a look at the help file that

Doe this only work for the inspire HR?
Because I have the inspire (not the HR) and I can’t track yoga. I’ve tried to find it as suggested, but no luck finding it so far.
Can you help me please?

Hi, @Yogi-Daffie , tracking exercises “on your wrist” is not available for the Inspire. You would need a more advanced Fitbit for that.
However, that does not mean that you cannot log your yoga. You can do it, but only from your app, via your phone, or from the web based dashboard, not the Inspire itself. If you let us know what operating system you prefer to use (iOS, Android or Windows) someone can talk you through exact instructions.

Hi @Julia_G, thank you for the reply.
I use an iPhone (so iOS would be my operating system).
Kind regards.

Hi, @Yogi-Daffie , in that case just make a mental note of the start and end of your yoga activity. When you are ready to log it, on your Fitbit app click on the exercise icon. On the next screen on the top right you will see a stop watch icon. Click on that and choose “log” . In the search box type in Yoga and follow the prompts from there. Easy!
Your app will capture the stats your Fitbit logged in that time period (probably not too many steps) and you will have a record so you will know when you last did your practice.
