I have tried restart. My inspire 2 won't read heart rate. The green light isn't flashing. Please advise what to try.

Make sure it is not in Clip mode or heart rate turned off in Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Now explain why it keeps turning itself to clip mode by itself because I'm certainly not doing it. Got a fix for preventing it from doing that because I never use a clip, don't have one that I know of. It's either on my wrist or it is charging. I don't change the settings. And yet the settings are getting changed anyway, without my knowledge, participation or consent. Got a fix to prevent that?
