Tracking a bike ride

On my Inspire HB, there are ways to track a run, walk or hike but not a bike ride. Is there a way to set it up so it will track a bike ride?

Hello @Chaucer  and a warm welcome.  When you say that you are getting choices of run, walk or hike, it sounds like you are using an app feature known as MobileRun.  You get to this feature by tapping on the exercise tile, then the stopwatch.  This feature does have some advantages, like if your tracker is not GPS connected.  Your Inspire HR is GPS connected.  You want to use the exercise app on your Inspire HR.

You swipe down on the Inspire HR screen to get to the exercise app.  This Help article will show you how to use your exercise app. How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?  That same article will describe how to customize your exercise list. 

I am also moving your post to the Inspire/Inspire HR forum.  This answer might help other Inspire/Inspire HR users.  Of note, the Inspire does not have the exercise app.  Inspire users can get a run, walk or hike map using MobileRun.

I'd love to have a bike option on my inspire.  Going to try the run and see how that goes.  Will compare to the map my ride ap.

Blaze is not tracking my bike rides on GPS since last week. While the calories are getting tracked through heart rate, GPS tracking isn't happening i.e. route map and related tracking like speed zones, heart rate zones etc. are not getting tracked. So I've been falling back on Strava for tracking my bike rides through last week.

I'm not sure this should be rated as the best answer as it doesn't answer the question at all. I just got an Inspire--and I asked on Amazon first before ordering if it could track cycling. It doesn't seem that it does at all. Run, walk, and hike are all that are shown in the FitBit app--nothing to do with any other apps. Riding my stationary bike this morning, I had to keep my arms swinging in order to get the Fitbit to track it. Not terribly happy about this, but I'll give it a little more time.
