So this is pretty basic functionality. I dont just drink water.

How can I track my liquids, caffine intake with the fitbit hr?

Hi @dbee01  there is only the tracker for water - see article. Many of us count any liquid as water, but some people use the food log to track their coffee or tea if they add milk or sugar.

I agree with @Odyssey13 ; any liquid you drink, except I guess pure alcohol, is almost totally water, with some additions that don't take much from water volume.

Here is an article from Fitbit Blog tht you might want to read on the topic.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the replies. I drink coconut water after a run to hydrate for the electrolytes.

I drink one coffee pre workout. And drink decaf with almond milk during work.

So in terms of the coconut water (120 cal in 330ml). I should register it as both water and food right ?
