Tracking steps with Inspire/Inspire HR in pocket

Hi!

I thinking of buying a device. I can´t wear it on my wrist all time due to my work, so I wonder if Inspire/Inspire HR can still track my steps if I have it in my pocket?

Thanks in advance

Regards

Peter

Accepted Solutions

The Inspire (non-HR) has an optional clip, purchased separately, for wearing on belt or such.

Either can be worn in pocket and probably get decent step count, though of course no heart rate data for that time.

The Inspire HR would still give you heart rate data when you could wear it on wrist.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks sir for your quick and kind answer!

Even if there is a clip option for the Inspire, I think I'll choose the HR, because with heart rate monitor I get more accurate calorie consumption.
