Tried all the suggested fixes but Fitbit will bot sync

As the title suggests I've been through all the suggested fixes on this. I can get the app to recognise the device when its plugged in but it wont sync via bluetooth. I've tried using the app on Android, Ipad and my PC all fail at the same stage. Is there anything I can do? Can I reset the device? Many thanks for your help.

@Herenes Nice to see you around . Thank you for your report and efforts.

Could you described what you already tried so that I don't ask you to repeat it?

In the meantime please check that the energy saving mode and the do not disturb option (mute) are switched off on the mobile device.

Also  make sure that no other Bluetooth device is connected to the mobile phone or nearby. (Headphones, keyboards, etc.)

IMPORTANT: please allow the Fitbit app to run in the background.

Please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Inspire HR.
  • On the mobile device, go to Settings> Bluetooth, and remove all connections that are there with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair the device depending on the version of the mobile phone's operating system)
  • Turn off the bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the bluetooth on again, but DO NOT try to connect to the tracker from here.
  • Go to the app. From here, try to set up the tracker as a new device.
