I let the battery go down on my FB Inspire. I have now had it plugged in for over 24 hours and can't get it to restart or connect with my iphone. It buzzes once in a while.

How are you doing @grannyh69? Thanks for joining this family, hope you like what find here!
You've done an excellent job troubleshooting your Fitbit Inspire HR. This is not a normal behavior, I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. Since you've already restarted your Inspire HR, I'd suggest to fully charge it. Then give it a try for another day and if you notice this is acting erratically again, please let me know so I can request a ticket for you.
I'll be around!

My fitbit battery died so I recharged it. When i returned it wouldnt turn on. I tryed to reset it but a smiley face followed by a blank screen. My fitbit now says 001 EJBMKYK4 and wont turn on or off. I only have it with 5 months.
