I get this problem frequently. Sometimes the app will sync with my Inspire and sometimes not. Today, the last sync was early this morning. The phone app tells me "no device found". Desktoop app says same thing. Anyone else have this, or found a solution?

If you have it set up to sync with 2 different devices, sometimes it helps to turn off bluetooth on one device to sync with the other.

I've done that a few times. Nothing changes. As long as I can sync up with the website by plugging in my Fitbit. I guess it doesn't matter. Mostly annoyed this happens so often.

Not knowing what type of phones are being asked about, have you read the help docs? Or searched the board for your phone's OS?
