Trying to set up Inspire 2 as replacement for Inspire HR

I have charged the new device and am attempting to connect it to my FitBit app. Message on the device says "Download the FitBit app". I already have the FitBit app. I've switched Blue Tooth off and back on. It won't pair up.

 

What do I do now?
