Turn off Inspire hr handwashing notifications

I accepted the handwashing prompts when it was first introduced, however I find I really don't need it anymore. But now i can't figure out how to turn it off. Has anyone managed to do so yet? I use an android phone and my up is up to date.

I'm afraid there isn't a Health and Wellness section on my app. When I click my profile picture, then my device icon, I get the options pictured in the screenshot attached. I have an Inspire HR, any thoughts on where else i could find it?
