Turn off notifications no option to save

Have turned off selected notifications but no opportunity to save comes up when I scroll down

Hello @poohbear101 and welcome to the Community.  Some pages don't have a save option.  Toggles are saved when you back up in the path.

Thanks for your help but I still can't work out just what to do. I'm
nearly 80 so lacking a few tech skills. Can you walk me through, step by
step, as to how save notification requirements.
