Turn off the motivational messages on Inspire

I would like to know how to turn off the motivational messages on my inspire (not HR)

Hi @potterymouse, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

 

Regarding your concern, I recommend doing the following:

 

1. In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image > Health & Wellness Reminders.
2. Turn the reminder off.
