I have been trying to get help on how to turn "OFF" the alarm & NOT "SNOOZE." The directions CLEARLY say to turn the alarm "OFF" you are supposed to squeeze the sides. And to "SNOOZE" you are supposed to swipe down. I have NEVER swiped down and it STILL snoozes. So annoying. Fit Bit tried to help but could not. I figured it out on my own. You have to squeeze the sides once as soon as the alarm goes off. Then squeeze them again a second time. My alarm FINALLY turned off.
