Two FB Inspire HR's on one phone app?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have an Inspire HR synced with the FB app on my phone.  I just bought my son an Inspire HR that I would also like to sync with my phone app (he doesn't have a phone).  I can only seem to find an option for adding him if he has an ACE or ACE 2.  Is it even possible to sync him with me?

Hi @LindsayML

If you son is over six and under 13 (16 in some European  countries) the only Fitbit he can use would be the Ace or Ace2. It has to do with laws from the varying countries regarding minors and the internet. Yes, you can share the phone to sync and view the stats, but you'd have to log out and have him log in to sync and view his stats. How old is he?

Yes, you'd have to log out of your account to set him up, but due to his age, the only device he can use would be the Ace. In order to have him with his own account, you'd need an email address for him and you'd have to lie about his age. The age helps know the stride and general stats for someone of a certain age. You don't want him to wear the Ace2?

The Ace doesn't have the HR option which is why we got it for him.

Ah, makes sense. The age would have to be over 13 in the USA to get his account. As long as you're ok doing that, it would be the only way to have him use that style Fitbit. You can get email accounts anywhere. I use mail.com and haven't had any problems.
