Bought new Inspire yesterday. It is fully charged. I am adding it as a new device to my mobile app and at the screen Is Your Inspire Powered On, I just get the "Try Again" button. On the actual Inspire when I tap it on all I get is the www.fitbit.com/setup message. I cannot get beyond this on either the app or the tracker itself. Incredibly frustrating

I have been having this same issue. I started out already connected, then came the update on 7/17 and it stopped syncing to my app. Then I removed the device, because turn if off and back on again always works, and now I cant readd my device at all. I was hoping the most recent update would fix it, but it has not. Just know it is not an issue with your fitbit it's just the app.
