Unable to change Inspire HR clock face

Any tips for how to change my screen display?  I can get as far as seeing the options, but when I choose one the circle just spins and it never loads on my app.

Thanks for your post and bringing this to our attention. To further investigate and better assist you, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Inspire HR? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this occurring with all the clock faces or just with one in specific? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app following the next steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
