Unable to change clock face on my Fitbit Inspire HR

My Fitbit refuses to add a clock face or an app. If I select a clock face, it starts a jerky loading. I waited for at least 2 minutes and nothing happened. Is this normal? If not, how can it be fixed?

@BradleyTerpstra It's great to have you here!

Sorry to hear about this. I suggest you restart your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
