I have tried numerous times to change my clock face (Inspire hr), I have uninstalled the app, logged out and reset the watch. When I go to clock faces on the app it just spins and does not let me go any further.
Any suggestions welcome.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience to change the clock face option on your Inspire HR and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you're experiencing this problem when selecting a specific clock face option? Or it's not even letting you to select any clock face and the loading screen just spins infinitely?

Also hoping to get this information. I have a Inspire HR, attempting (multiple times) to load clock faces via Windows10 PC. The watch is sync'd and connected, but only displays the fitbit.com/setup. On the fitbit app also shows connected and sync'd, go into clock faces and under "my clock" is displays a blank clock face. Go into all clocks and select any of the available faces and nothing happens, the arrow is spinning like the software is working to load but nothing happens. PC is up to date, I've reloaded, reconnected, all of those things. What fix was emailed to the previous users? Any fix or should I just send this back?
