I can not change my clock screen on my inspire anymore

Hi @avayzg. Welcome! It's great to have you on board and I'm sorry for the delay.

 

Thanks for sharing that you have the Inspire and let me help you with your question. Since your post didn't mention, I'd recommend to try the following:

 

  1. Check that your Inspire and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version.
  2. Sync your tracker to ensure it's connected.
  3. Try changing the clock face one more time as described here.

 

If you get an error message, please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply to get a deeper look. By the way, I've moved your post to the Inspire family board to keep our forums organized.
