When I the gym I wanted to use the stairclimber and went to change the shortcuts on my inspire hr but it wouldn’t work. I tried restarting my device, replacing it in the app, discounted my Bluetooth, restarted my phone, nothing is working. Not sure what to do from here

Hi @Keannabrowne  Do you have an Inspire HR?  When you tried to change the shortcut did you try to do it from the app? Go to your account in the app and select Inspire HR, then scroll down to Exercise Shortcuts and select that?

Let me know exactly what you did and where the process failed
