Can you help?
I got an Inspire 2 mid December, downloaded app and connected without issues.
Ever since I have been unable to connect and have tried to
- reset Watch
- deleted device om app
- delete and reinstall app
- delete all devises connected
- changed account
- restarted iphone
- made sure that all updates are done
Now I cannot reconnect Inspire to my account/ phone at all…. It just tells me that something went wrong after a long period.
any suggestions on how to fix?

I am having the same issue all of a sudden. My inspire 2 has not synced since mid Dec. I cannot get it to sync now?!?

I had to do disconnect my Fitbit and do a hard reboot. Then i had to plug my Fitbit to the computer and reinstall it for it to work again. I have not had to jump though all these hoops in the past to get it to sync. But at least it’s working now. Jezzzz
