Unable to connect Inspire HR

My Fitbit stopped registering steps and I followed all instruction on website and forum. In the end I disabled the device and removed app and tried to start again. Now the app says it has found the device but won’t connect. I’ve also lost step counting,  heart rate and Sleep tile.

They only suggested what I had already tried. I replied with additional info they requested on Saturday and am still waiting for them to get back to me. I’m finding this very frustrating
