Faz uma semana que meu inspire, quando tento sincronizar via Bluetooth avisa que preciso de um aplicativo. Já instalei e desinstalei o aplicativo, reiniciei a relógio, mas nada resolveu. Não sei qual o modelo do meu inspire

Hi, @Elimila welcome to the community, if you look at the USB plug on the end of your device charging cable it may tell you the device - mine is "inspire-3", I do not think older devices have this. How long have you had your device? If you take a close look at the pictures on the Inspire devices you may be able to work out which one you have, do you still have the original box or access to the invoice from when you bought it? Older Inspire devices do not have a colour screen, is yours monochrome? Repeat the process of force-stopping the Fitbit app, and clear the cache. Restart your device using the button on the charging cable & then restart your mobile phone before reloading the Fitbit app. Put your Inspire device on a live charging cable, let it charge and try to re-pair it to the Fitbit app. If you can tell us the version of the Inspire you have I'll send you a link for a set-up video (in English).
