I am unable to add or remove tiles on my Inspire 2.  I have tried from the app as well as desktop site.  I only want the basics I used to have. How can I get this updated?

Hi @WK313  the newer devices we can't change what is on the actual device. We can remove those items from the app, but it won't remove them from the device.

That's interesting because I had what I wanted on the device until I had to reinstall the app.  I didn't have lbs, food, calories, resting heart rate on the device before.  Not happy if this is how it is now.

@WK313 Thanks for the details provided, and the steps tried on your own. Before anything else, let me clarify it's not possible to customize the apps and stats displayed on your Inspire 2. I understand how helpful it'd be to have this function available and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Because this was already requested in our Feature Suggestions board, I'd encourage you to vote for this idea so our developers can keep tracking it over time.


As a side note, you can rearrange the tiles on the Fitbit app. To do that, please make sure to have the Fitbit app updated and follow the steps described in this help article.
