I am unable to complete the update process on my new Inspire HR. I am using an iPad Pro with iPadOS13.3 software. I have tried numerous times, turned off the iPad, reset the Fitbit, turned Bluetooth on and off, deleted the app and reinstalled, all to no avail. It has sinked my personal details from the app to the Fitbit, but will not update the software so I am unable to use it. What is going on please?

Means the apps: exercise, alarms, relax and stopwatch. They show up on my phone app as installed but they’re not on the watch face. The only one that does is the settings app.

Thanks for the responses to my query. After several days of trying to resolve errors with the help desk, I took the Fitbit back for refund only to be told by the tech guy in the store that he also bought an a Fitbit and had nothing but trouble with it, so he got a refund too. Very disappointing.
