Unable to install clock face on Inspire HR

How come with my Samsung s9 i cannot get the new animal watch faces on my fitbit Inspire HR

Seems odd that you're unable to install the animal clock face on your Inspire HR. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if this is occurring with any other clock face or specifically with the one previously mentioned? Do you receive an error message while trying to do so or it just never loads? Also, are you experiencing any syncing difficulties? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Inspire HR and try again.

I have an iPhone and also cannot install the 5 new clock faces on my device. There is a pink box that says I cannot install that clock face on my Fitbit. I checked to see if I could update my Fitbit hr but it said it was up to date...

Me neither.... none of the animal faces will work?

I have an iPhone 7 and am getting the same message. Can change to any of the clock faces except the animal faces
