Why is it that nowhere in any advertisement, or even on the packaging does it state that this item is not suitable for children and children's accounts? If something is specifically not suitable, at least have the decency to tell potential customers. This approach is a complete disgrace! How do you get away with this daylight robbery? Now I have a choice, like about my daughters details or return the item....not the choice I was expecting. Should have brought her a Samsung..... crap policy and crap product!

The Ace and Ace 2 are made for children. The other devices are for ages 13 and up. click to read terms

 

Each country has laws pertaining to children being online, so the various companies have to abide by those laws. The Ace series was developed especially for children six and up.

 

How old is your girl? I know some people on the forums have made accounts with the wrong date of birth, but that makes a difference with stride.
