Unable to manually add exercise

I used to be able to manually add spin and now it goes through all the motions but doesn't actually add it. I've tried adding it in every place possible and it does not work.

Hi @k.isthebest   the Ionic is under a voluntary recall, so there is no support to help you with this. Why not check into the recall as it reimburses you for the device. click to learn more

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @k.isthebest. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to add exercise manually to your account.

If you have a Fitbit Ionic, it's under recall as @Odyssey13 mentioned. If you  have a different device, please let us know in order to move your post to the correct board and give you the proper assistance.

Thanks for getting back to us and for the clarification @k.isthebest. I moved your post to the Other Inspire trackers board and will be glad to assist with your exercise query.

Could you please confirm  that you're following these steps in order to log your exercise manually:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the + icon in the lower right >  Activity.
  2. Tap a recent activity, or search for an exercise type.
  3. Enter the activity details, and tap Add or Save.
