Unable to pair Inspire HR

Since the most recent iOS 13.6 update my Fitbit app keeps coming up with an error message saying ‘lost Bluetooth pairing’ I have to keep going into Bluetooth and ‘forgetting device’ then restarting. This is happening 5-7 times a day.

Please advise what to do. It’s very annoying.
