Unable to set up Inspire HR

I have just purchased a n Inspire HR. I have tried to select the Inspire HH in the set up device menu I can select the device but as soon as I click to set it up it takes me straight back to the account page.

Is this your first Fitbit Device you've owned?

Hi @Caz3, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! I'm glad to hear that you have a new Inspire HR. I'll be more than glad to help you pairing it with your account. In oder for me to be able to investigate further, I kindly ask you to respond the following questions:

- Which phone model do you have?

- Have you checked if your Fitbit App is up to date?

- Is you OS up to date?

 

In the meantime please follow these steps:

- Log out from your Fitbit account. 

- Delete cache and cookies from the Fitbit App. 

- Restart your phone. 

- Make sure internet and Bluetooth are on. 

- Log back in. 

- Try to pair your Fitbit device again. Here you can find additional troubleshooting steps: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
