I was recently diagnosed with a medical condition that requires me to do a set of movement excercises every 60 minutes, all day, every day for therapy purposes. I need to do them regardless of movement or level of activity. Failure to do so could have serious long-term negative effects on my health.
Yesterday I purchased a fitbit Inspire HR specifically because it said that hourly reminders were a feature. When I looked into the app, it said that I would only receive reminders if I hadn't been moving. That doesn't suit my needs - I need reminders whether I have been moving or not.
Instead, I attempted to simply set an alarm for ever hour between the hours I wake and when I go to sleep. However, the app then informed me that there was a (seemingly arbitrary) limit of 8 alarms, which is significantly less than I would need for my purposes.
At a loss, I am posting here. Have I purchased a product that is inappropriate to my needs, or is there a setting option that I have overlooked?

Welcome to the forums.
Can you set an alarm using the limits and then set reminders to move to cover the rest?
Its really all I can think of

Unfortunately, it proved more economical to simply return the Fitbit and instead purchase a $10 digital watch from the local big-box store.
It's unlikely I will purchase this product again in future. My experience was deeply disappointing.
