I can't setup my Fitbit HR, should the screen turn on when I tap? It doesn't, turns with the Fitbit symbol and go to the setup on website when I press button on side, it's fully charged. When I go to web site days to use app, I am trying o. A Huawei p20 lite but says no Bluetooth connection, am using husbands phone as my OnePlus 5 is not compatible any suggestions greatly received!
