Unable to swipe Inspire HR touchscreen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I can't get my readings on my tracker. Only stays on current date and time.

I try to swipe up and the screen closes. I've tried everything except a factory reset.

Suggestions?

Hi @lhicks501, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps after posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please follow the next steps to restart your Inspire HR:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
