Suddenly iPad has stopped syncing last evening. Have tried all the suggestions to no avail including an agent. I have it installed with MyFitnessPal program on my iPad as well as my laptop. For years I must sync on my laptop and then I can sync on my laptop. If I uninstall the Fitbit will it lose the data already stored there or what other options are there?

I too, am having the same problem. I updated my phone over night and now the Fitbit HR will not sync at all. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing. Hope they get it fixed very soon.

I can sync to iPhone or iPad, but not both. Must turn off bluetooth, choose to forget device, then pray the other one sill pick it up and connect. Usually takes a couple tries before connecting. I use my iPad in the house and only use the iPhone for my walk to map it and get accurate milage and when I leave the house for errands. I have land line for phone calls.
I use the iPad to check sleep in the morning and record my milage on a virtual challenge at night. The two devices are plugged in in different rooms.
i wish fit bit would fix this! I know it’s all on them as everything was working fine until iOS update.

After a week of no syncing, my Fitbit finally synced again. I used tips from another user as follows:
1. From Bluetooth menu, tell your device to 'forget this device' for the Inspire HR
2. Turn off Bluetooth
3. Delete app
4. Reinstall app and sign in
5. Turn on Bluetooth
6. Open app, and it should then pair with your Fitbit and sync.
Note that I use both an IPad and and IPhone, and did steps 1-3 on both devices. I only re-loaded the app on my phone, and will wait to see if this fix remains before doing it on my IPad again.
Hopefully these steps will help all of you and hopefully Fitbit comes up with a better solution to these IOS updates, as it's a common problem!

At the risk of sounding stupid, where do you turn off Bluetooth on the Fitbit app on iPad???

Another user responded. Did that help?
from settings, go to Bluetooth, touch the Fitbit device and tell it to forget
then turn off Bluetooth.

I can now sync to my iPad but not the iPhone. Oh well. As long as I can sync to one of them, I guess I will have to be happy. Just wished that Fit bit would fix this so it would sync to both.

I was able to sync both devices, but I agree - Fitbit needs to fix this issue or we’ll all go through this again when the next IOS update happens.

did you see my earlier post? Here's what I did:
1. From Bluetooth menu, tell your device to 'forget this device' for the Inspire HR
2. Turn off Bluetooth
3. Delete app
4. Reinstall app and sign in
5. Turn on Bluetooth
6. Open app, and it should then pair with your Fitbit and sync.
