Unable to sync Inspire HR

Suddenly iPad has stopped syncing last evening. Have tried all the suggestions to no avail including an agent. I have it installed with MyFitnessPal program on my iPad as well as my laptop. For years I must sync on my laptop and then I can sync on my laptop. If I uninstall the Fitbit will it lose the data already stored there or what other options are there?

When I went to delete the app, it stated all the data would be deleted. I want to keep the sleep and steps data I’ve been tracking since March so I didn’t delete the app. Is that the message you got?
I guess I could take screen shots of the data before deleting it.

it's not you it's everybody. clearly they can't fix it thats why they keep saying call customer service knowing you won't get a live rep. this is really sad.

that was the last time mine synced to. seems everybody having the same issues and no solutions from customer service! if they can't get it to work this is defeating the purpose of having it and maybe they need to start giving refunds.

Well, it is a new day and now my iPad is due to update but it is now not talking to my Fit Bit.  So I guess Fit bit has to fix this.  And the quicker, the better.  I really hate the idea of spending money for a different watch.

Go into settings. Bluetooth. Touch inspire HR, tell it to forget this device. Turn off Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth back on. Go to Fitbit app and sync. It worked for me. I did this on my iPhone. Then went to my iPad and it automatically synced. Hope it works for you. Didn’t loose any information.

I went to settings on my iPad. Go to Bluetooth, and it shows that the Fitbit is not connected. Turn Bluetooth off, connect Fitbit, turn Bluetooth on. That’s all I did and it worked. My Fitbit synced for the 3 missing days. Hope that helps you.

I have been able to connect my Fitbit to my older iPad but I want it to sync to my XR iPhone. I don’t carry my iPad with me but I always have my phone with me. It doesn’t sync with my phone.
