Recently got the Fitbit inspire 2 but it’s been acting a little weird in the past couple days. First, I couldn’t seem to turn the water lock feature OFF no matter how many times I tapped. After I temporarily solved that issue, I couldn’t turn the water lock feature ON anymore.
Secondly, sometimes my Fitbit screen will go black after attempting to turn water lock on, and none of the side buttons or screen taps will work for a while. It basically dies a while before the screen somehow works again.
Lastly, sometimes when I tap the screen ONCE, the screen will turn off (not sure if this is actually a feature or not, but it gets annoying when you need to double tap to turn water lock on and off and it doesn’t register the second tap).
So is my Fitbit inspire 2 just faulty or is there something I can do to fix these issues? I’ve read through countless discussions about these issues already but can’t seem to find a solution.
